1. What sort of relationship might take place between an adult and a child whose parent wasn't there for him/her when he was growing up?

   I think the child will always feel like there's a part missing in there heart. I think this relationship would be challenging because the child might not feel love from the parent and wouldn't want to acknowledge their parent.

   Discuss and Answer the following questions:

   How is Lyons described?

    Lyons is a 34 years old and Troys son from his first marriage. His appearance is a goatee, sport coat, white shirt, tie-less and buttoned at the collar.

   How old was Troy when he had Lyons? Troy was 19 years old.

   What sort of ritual do they go through each time Troy gets paid?

   The ritual that seems to happen Lyon always comes asking for money. They always seem to argue about it but this ritual never fails.

   Why doesn't Troy just give Lyons the Money instead of going through his ritual?

   I think Troy wants to show how everyone is always looking for money. No matter what he always finds himself giving money away and not having anything for himself.

   What does this tell us about Troy? I think this show Try is selfish and always thinks about himself.

   How do Lyons and Troy get along? Why so?

   There relationship between each other is like no other they really didn't get along. I think this is because Lyon thinks Troy didn't live up to his responsibilities as a father, and really was there for him.

   How does Troy describe the devil?

   He describes the Devil as the man who drove the furniture truck. He thinks that since the guy said if he didn't pay the devil would repay him.

   How does the devil find Troy? Pg.14

   The devil finds him when they move into the house. Who is the devil to Troy? The devil to him is a white man.
