HW#1
In a well-organized paragraph, describe one of Troy's Stones; and what it tells us about him as Character.
The birthstone I'll give Troy will be Turquoise, which is a Sagittarius. Ill give him this stone because the personality he expresses in the way relate with a Sagittarius's personalities. These personalities are Adaptable, Loyal, Honest, Optimism, Lucky Trust In Luck, Carelessness, Flirting, and Tactless. Troy tends to always depend on trust and not reality. He has a lack of carelessness and has a habit in flirting. Troy is probably not honest but will not lie about reality baseball. He is adaptable in a sense that he is easy to make friends with but hard to compromise with. The last reason I think Troy should have this birthstone is because he is "very lucky", but maybe he depends on luck too much to a point where he'll have no luck.
HW#2
In a well-organized paragraph explains the problems Troy has relating to people.
The problem he has with people is jealousy. He can't acknowledge that others maybe better at stuff. He thinks the world revolves around him. He has to realize that people may have better skills then him and learn to acknowledge them. His relationship with other people may vary upon his mood because Troy can be a very nice person but t all depends on his temper.
HW #3
What sort of experiences change us?
The sort of experiences that changes us is the way we think and feel. Some people's feelings change because they aren't interested anymore. So they give up and try to move on to different things. Life is all about changes so its good to move on and try new things.
HW #4
Write a paragraph to describe the relationship between Troy and Lyons.
Their relationship showed hoe most father son relationships are today in the real world. Troy wasn't really there for Lyon, which makes him upset, and this cause, many arguments with Troy. I think Troy didn't ignore his son on purpose. Troy was still young and trying to live his dream as a baseball player. On the other hand Lyon thinks that Troy's reason for not being as father is just a lame excuse. As a father, Troy should have put his son first and not his dream. Troy seems to be getting back at Troy by asking for money and I think Troy cant say no because he know it would be wrong and he fees bad about his past.

If Gibe could talk sanely to Troy, what would he say?
I think he would probably thank Troy for all that he has done for him. I think he would try and repay troy for everything and help him in everyway.
HW 7
Use a poetic form to describe Cory, Troy & Rose's relationship.
HW #8:
Make a well organized paragraph about what Rose would of done if Fences would of taken place in 2003.
I don't think the story would have change because they would have been the same person. The people in that play make the play so it would have been the same but many in a modern way.
HW: 10.
Rewrite the story from George's point of view describing what happened between Ann's father and Mr. Keller, and why Ann's father was jailed.
That day my father went into work, and it was so busy that day with the war going on they needed a lot of cylinder heads. And trucks were going in and out. Mr. Keller didn't come in yet that day. Then a few cylinder heads (about 120 cracked heads) had a crack in them, similar to a hairline crack. So my father called Mr. Keller to ask him what to do. Mr. Keller told him to cover them up because during that time the business was going fast and if they didn't have the shipment for the cylinder heads the business would be over and there wouldn't be no business progress for them. Mr. Keller thought they wouldn't install them in so he went on with it. That same day 21 soldiers were killed in the P-40. My father was innocent but how could they prove that Mr. Keller was to blame when all along they had no evidence but a phone call.
I seem to find it very suspicious that that day Mr. Keller didn't decide to
go to work. I also found it very suspicious that my father would even do such a
thing, I know my father. He's a quiet man and when he's asked to do something
he has to ask someone to approve of it. My father told me he didn't do it, so I
trust him and I'm going to get him out of jail. I've known the Keller's all my
life since I was a little boy, and I remember I would play with Chris. So why
would they even do this to my father and us. They ruined our family, everyone
thinks my father did it and they've treated us so differently now. I believe my
father is an innocent man and I want to help him, but by doing that Mr. Keller
will get the blame for it this time.
