Big problems in this clan though, here's the update: Blackninja is moving states, so he will be gone for quite a while. He also can't work in the PC room anymore, so any chance of him hosting us a *second* server are over. By the way good luck to you Jesse. And, ASDF went AWOL on us a few weeks ago. He's been missing. That means the servers missing too, where did that damn thing go? The plan is: get the server, then get lots of recruits, and get in cal. Well, pray for the best guys. Our clan is relying on koolaids, David where are you!!? And Milo is just plain missing (sigh). In other news, there are a few more *possible* recruits. Later. 3/12/04- Argh, I don't know if this is good news or bad news. 5 members are out of the clan (Quit, too busy, retired, inactive for too long), we only have 6 left, including me. Once koolaids is back up (sigh), recruiting should be a lot easier. We will then scrim more and eventually sign up for a league. Add that to your favorites and start playing there! Be sure to download dod_legoland2 also... you'll probably have to anyways since we play there a lot. It's a custom map with a lego theme, but it is actually a great practice map to build your skill. I like it, you probably will too. We also got our newest member, everyone welcome Mike aka DEAD|END or NitroViper. A new idea was proposed. It would be that we would get two divisions, WEST and EAST. East for CST and EST time zones, West for PAC and MT. We will probably do that if this clan gets big enough (Recruit!), Nameless will lead the EAST division. I also made two banners that I plan on turning into sprays, with the help of triax and inertia. The promise of "staying for good" made by $nipes was broken. They switched back to CS just today being the "|-=Nipper=-|" clan playing at their Nipper server with 24/7 Nipper maps. Be sure to check out the new 3-Step process at JOIN. 2/15/04-Currently I'm working on a big update to this site. So you should notice some new things. By the way, since last post, a lot of progress has been going on. We now have a new members also, welcome Drevin. We've all been in contact together a bit more, and have been playing together too. We even have scrims at 7pm PACIFIC on Tuesdays every week against <Zaitsev>:. I'd also like to remind you guys about the meeting times. 2/1/04- A few weeks ago I came back from my long vacation to see that this clan was on its knees. It was almost over. But thanks to a certain few's strong faith in this clans future, we didn't fall. The many predicions of 4thR's fate were proven wrong... and now we are back up on our feet. That is some guy named graffiti and a once cal-i clan member named TexasCableMassacre (hes been on the forums). We HAVE found one definite member whos known as "NamelessWanderer". I know I've been playing less lately too though because I've been really busy lately so I'm to blame too. But I'm looking for someone to be the leader when I'm gone. Triax made a spray too and I tested it out. It worked for me on the server the first map I played but after that map it never worked anymore. So FoLeY left, I don't blame him, I mean hes just a little kid who just likes to play custom maps and mess around, zaitsevs perfect for him. Then we got RON leaving. I just got irc to start working and planned to get some scrims for us. Then once we got enough practice to do that I would have had signed us up for cal-o. When im editing it, it looks all fine. But once I publish it and view it on IE, the boxes on the left are all stretched out right. Is it because my page isnt screen width, and IE automatically tries to fit it in fully? 7/16/03- I just wanted to tell all of you guys, for all the old zaitsev members, that Snipes aod clan fell. One of his first recruits, kirby, had admin powers and banned snipes, locking him out of the server. Then all the aod members quit and moved to a clan called 10th. Discussions at the forums. 7/15/03- I got a nifty little tagboard, it's kinda like a chatroom except your message is permanent and you have to put in your name everytime. It's a pretty cool thing we can use to keep in touch and it's kinda like a simple forum. Make sure you use it for chatting and "tagging".I'm not sure if it works the way I want it to, so, I'll keep trying. Should I make an extra page for it? Keep it in the intro page? AND YES THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS NEWS, I GOT US AN AWESOME FORUM THATS ALREADY SET UP, CHECK IT OUT AND START POSTING!! 7/14/03- Sniper00 left us, why? he sucks (actually hes addicted to some gay mmorpg) 7/14/03- ATTENTION, OUR MEETING TIME IS NOW 7:00 - 8:00 PM PACIFIC TIME (West Coast time). Let me explain... Since many of us [4thR] Members play a lot, but at different times, many of us don't get to see eachother. We want that, so to solve the problem, I set a time for us to play. This doesnt mean you HAVE to play at that time, or that you can't play at other times, it just means we should try harder to go on the server at 7:00-8:00 PM Pacific time more so we can see eachother and play together! This counts for all days, EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK, EVERY WEEK OF THE YEAR. Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday. A reminder: You aren't expected to play only at those times, and you're not being forced to play everyday. You are expected to TRY and get on the server at those hours just so we have much higher chances of seeing eachother. Another thing I must explain is TIME ZONES, 8:00 in CA, is not 8:00 in NY. Find out what time it is there when it's 8:00 in CA, and then that will be your playing time. Get t? Of course you do. EXAMPLES.... HyPeR: Lives in LA, California, should go on at 7:00pm-8:00pm RON: Lives in Michigan, should go on at 11:00pm-12:00am I hope you clearly understand this, well, Later guys, I'll see you at 7:00pm-8:00pm pacific! 7/12/03- Hey make sure you welcome TriAx (david) and RX-SEVEN (jordan). 7/8/03- Guys sorry I've been gone I was at a 3 day camp w/ family + friends, many of us will be out for long periods of time this summer. But anyways, I want us ALL to play at this server while Kitty works on his (I DONT THINK YOU ARE!!). The server is 63.162.108.3:27015, Koolaids Killing Jug. You might find the 509th Clan playing there (Yes thats Reapers and Winters clan, they changed it from 506th), thats their meeting spot too. So starting now, I expect you guys to play on 63.162.108.3:27015 as often as you did on our old server before. Thank you very much, and as for you kitty, please work on that server because we really need it up. And fix those bugs too. 6/26/03- Like i said to Snipes a while back... A revolt will come if you don't fix everything. Well he didn't, and now everything is over. The clan Zaitsev is nothing but a bunch of players, joining random games and wondering where our server is. Our server is now for CS, the clan AOD runs it. Snipes is the leader of AOD, like he was for Zaitsev. Basically, he ditched us. And now its up to us to revive Zaitsev and help kitty launch his server. I want any willing members to join the New Zaitsev Clan, [4thR]. If we can keep this up and ignore the fact that we lost our leader, we can get a new one, organize everything, and have a much more improved Clan. |
