Welcome soldier.  This is a mighty clan that you have decided to join.  we are a clan that is full of quality players.  In order for us to maintain our high standards for members, these protocols were wrote up....
Attendance:
1.  The first order of business is the attendance.  All Warriors must be seen once every week and a half.  If you are not going to be on for a while, then you must tell someone that you will be gone for a extended period of time.  This can be done via the WoA forum, or by telling someone else in the clan that you will be unable to be on.
Recruiting:
2.  Ahh yes, the wonderful world of recruiting!  Clan WoA has many rules as far as recruiting goes.  The first one is when recruiting, only recruit players who meet the basic requirements:  16 years of age or older, that they play at the time we play at night, they have to be a decent to good player, and they have to be easy to get along with.  One of the things to keep in mind is time zones.  This can greatly alter a person attendance say if he is 2 hours ahead of the standard WoA time.
3.  Make sure that Clan WoA has an available opening for a new member.  Tony (Desdichado{Woa})  and myself (Malaguena{WoA}, Samuel) will post openings in the clan.  We will more than likely do this in the Forum area under the News section.  We may also say by word of mouth.
4.  Next, have the individual who is tryingout fill out the Join us form off of the website.  This is extremely important because, we must be able to get in contact with the player who wishes to join
   5.  When trying out a future prospect, make sure you save the replay.  Upon saving it, send it to Malaguena{WoA}  or Desdichado{WoA} via e-mail or game.  after we receive the game replay, we will tell the person who tried out the gamer what action to take.
6.  We do have a few exceptions to some of the recruiting rules.  If a player is realy good, but is below the age limit, Tony and I may make an exception in a case by case basis
7.  I have worked out a plan involving really young players who want to join.  If someone who is way below the age limit wants to join, he has to first go through the apprentice program.  Basically, they must first sign on for a few months (varies) so we can evaluate them.  If after a certain amount of time he still wants to join, we will try he or she out.  This is done so that we can know how serious they really are, and when they play.
Tournaments:
8.  The wonderful world of tournaments!  This is when we learn who is the best of the best.  Attendance for tournaments is not necessarily mandatory, however, a warrior must have a good reason why they can not attend.
9.  In any tournament, be sure to read through the instructions and rules for it so there will not be any misunderstandings.
10.  In each 1v1 tournament match, there must be a watcher.  Only one watcher, or ref, is necessary.  If you are selected as a watcher, it is your job to save the match.  You must make sure both players follow the rules of the game.  If a watcher suspects someone is in violation of a rule, he may forfeit that person from the match.  In fights that involve more than 2 players, a watcher is not necessary.  Someone, however, must save the match.
11.  If you are a watcher, you must pick the TERRAN race and lift your command center the moment the match starts.  The watcher is NOT allowed to build during the game!  The watcher's job is to simply watch.
12.  Normally, WoA tournament contestants will only be WoA members.  However, this will vary from tournament to tournament.
Conflicts:
13.  Like any family, conflicts will occur.  If you have a conflict with another WoA member, please tell Malaguena.  Malaguena is the co-leader to go to regarding these matters.  I will do the best of my ability to rule justly.
14.  Once I (Samuel) have heard bith sides to a conflict, I will make a decision.  If I find a member at fault, I will take the necessary measures to make sure we do not have this problem again.
15.  If I or Tony believes a member is a danger to WoA, he or she may be ask to leave.  If it is something that is not as big, then that individual may be suspended for a certain amount of time.  Once again, this will be on a case by case basis.
16.  These rules are here for everyones benefit.  By having a structured army, we can be the best that we can be.  If you have any questions, get in contact with myself, or Tony.
