| The enemy may not attack you. You may not attack the enemy either. Length 2 weeks |
| You may attack the enemy, but the enemy may not attack you. Lengths 2 weeks |
| Raise Tax -11,000 gold. |
| For every city captured, you will get 3,000 gold. When lose a city, only lose 500 gold. |
