I've recently gotten quit a bit of info on Canadian Normies. Unfortunatley I moved and cam't find some of it. If I ever find it I'll put on here. I also hope to get some more Canadian censuses in the future now that I know where y'all lived. If anyy of ya up there send the inof on the family you forgot to send that would be great. I found a possible link to my family and got a bit motivated. Also found some hints to where Canadian Normys migrated to within the US when they deceided to warm up and move.
1881 Canadian Census is online at familyhistory.org and I have copied almost everything found there. Other info I found at Ancestory.com, as well as e-mails and other places.

I have found Normys from Canada moved to Pennsylvania, Ohio (or Ohio to napanee), Green bay area of Wisconsin, and Chicago. This is up untill about 1930 which is about the limit of what I've collected information anywhere.

Margaret Ann Normile born sept. 1855 in ont. canada. she married a samuel keeton in new york

I've been told that one family moved to Canada as early as 1825. It was cheapest to buy ticket to Canada in the old days, which explains why anyoe would go there to me. I've been ther 4 times and like it find except its under snow 8 months of the year.
