The goal of the Clan Colville Society is to have a membership made up of people of Scottish Decent bearing the various
spellings and associations of the name Colville. Its purpose is to encourage members to interest themselves in all social
and cultural matters relating to the Society; to preserve and present the culture, history, heraldry, pageantry, music,
literature, crafts, sports and arts of Scotland; especially as they may relate to the Scottish Clans or Families. Each
prospective member is encouraged to furnish their family information, footnoted with source data, for inclusion in a
computer genealogy based program which will be established to assist our members in genealogical research.
