Leaders

  • The Leader is the decision maker of the Clan
  • They are gifted with nine lives
  • They have the choice of who is deputy
  • They are vital to the Clan, and always have the name star.
  • They often lead the Clan into battle or raids
  • They can be toms or she-cats
  • Deputies

  • The Deputy is second in command of the Clan
  • They are required to be skilled fighters
  • They are chosen by the Leader of the Clan
  • If a she-cat, she can not have kits until they decide to become a Queen
  • They can be toms or she-cats
  • Medicine Cats

  • The Medicine Cat is capeable of communicating with StarClan
  • They are responsible for the health of the Clan
  • They do not hunt
  • They are forbidden to have kits
  • They can come from any past except that of Queen
  • Warriors

  • A Warrior is responsible for hunting, patroling, mentoring, and any other tasks assigned to them by the Leader or Deputy
  • They are toms or she-cats without kits
  • These are the most numerous in a Clan
  • It is a great honor to be given an Apprentice
  • Apprentices

  • Kits more than six moons old in training to become warriors
  • When a kit is reaedy, they recieve a Mentor
  • They train, hunt, and are sometimes asked to go on patrol
  • They work hard to become warriors, but they also must run the most mundane of tasks
  • When they recieve their warrior name, they sit a silent vigil that night
  • Queens

  • These are she-cats expecting or nursing kits
  • They do not fight unless there is a threat in the camp
  • They get first choice of fresh-kill
  • They are responsibe for the growth of the Clan
  • They decide when their kits are ready for Apprenticing
  • They must be she-cats
  • Elders

  • Elders are former warriors or queens, now retired
  • They are wise and consited by the Leader often
  • They get second choice of fresh-kill
  • They are always old
