| The HK-33 is a uses a delayed blowback roller-locked bolt operating system, as well as 5.56mm x 45mm NATO rounds (.223 caliber). The use of these rounds is quite controversial; it was said that in the Vietnam War that .223 caliber rounds could be "deflected by grass," as they never seemed to hit their target, yet so powerful that they could penetrate a full metal jacket. Like its cousin, the HK53, it evolved from the German StG45, which was first inroduced in World War II. The HK-33 assault rifle can only be bought by the Terrorists. |
