Shampoo from Ranma 1/2
Notes:
*sighs* Oooh lordy... this costume was difficult. The fabrics were expensive and the embroidery was killer. My apprentice, who suckered me into making the costume, asked for a simpler version though, so the only embroidery needed was the solid gold line, which was more like piping than embroidery. The pants had drawstings, which I hate, because threading them through hems are a pain. The shirt was nice, even if the belt kept shifting. It was nice and floofy in the back too, just like Shampoo.
She couldn't afford a wig, so I ended up styling her hair; I liked the way it came out though.
