So even after all the time and effort and money spent gaining legal access in the first
place, should your child's Mother decide to refuse access, you have to go through the new
process of hauling her through the supreme court, providing you can somehow raise the
money.
One just assumed that the law could be enforced.
In the meantime your daughter grows up and her mind is poisoned against you while she
is under the influence of the other parent intent on your destruction.
In Claire's case, she is subjected to regular bouts of grilling about how insane Father
is, and that Father is evil.... all because I won't rejoin the
"religious" organisation I decided to leave.
Then by the time I sit before the Judge in the Supreme Court, if I should get that far,
the decision is based on whether Claire wants to see me or not.
What child can endure the pressure of all that? How can a child make a decision under
those circumstances?
What Father would want to split the mind of a child under the heavy influence of a
Mother intent on never letting her Father near her again... a Mother using fanatical
religious justifications which go on for years under strict guidance that it must be that
way..... To condemn a child to a life without a Father, and a Father without a daughter
when it should never be!.
I would never do this level of evil to Janine, and I could never do this to
Claire.
For a year now I have struggled with my daughters total absence. The feelings and
emotions this separation have tormented me daily. I have grown tired of the nightmares and
panic attacks. I have tried to maintain patience and sacrifice so as not to hurt my
daughter.
Such is the legal system in my country.
