CHAPTER 7
�Riiiiiiig riiiiiiiing riiiiiiiiing� � Lila�s mobile started ringing at about 8pm that evening. �Lee! Could you get it? I�m in the bathroom!� � she yelled. �Yeah, sure! Hello?� � she answered. �Lila?� � the guy on the other line said.
�No, it�s Aileen.� �Oh, the chubby-girl!� �WHAT did you call me??� �Chubby. But that�s cute, isn�t it?�
�NO!!!� �Alright, alright! No need for yelling! I won�t call you that anymore!�
�Who�s this anyway??� �Mark.� �And you want��?� �Well, we agreed that we�ll call you. Remember?�
�Ah, yeah.� � she sighted, and then said really quietly � Unfortunately.�
�What�d ya say?� �Erm�� I said��what�s up!�
�Nothing. So, we�re gonna go out tonight or what?�
�Sure, why not.� At this point of the conversation, Lila stepped out of the bathroom, and mouthed to Aileen �who is it?�. She mouthed her back �Mark�. Lila nodded.
�Yeah, that�s fine. Oh, and who�s gonna come?� � Aileen said. �Kian, me and three other guys we were talking about. Hope you don�t mind.�
�No, of course not.� �Oh, what�s this now? Aileen is actually NICE??�
�I have my moments.� � she said jokingly.
�Bet you do! Well, I�ll see ya then!�
�OK, bye bye!� �Bye!�
She hung up and sat on the bed with a huge smile on her face that didn�t want to come down. �So, what did he say?�
�What? Oh, we�ll meet them at 9pm in that cute park we saw earlier.� � Aileen said waking up from her little world she�s just been in. She still had that grin on her face. �Cool. The other guys are coming too, right?�
�Aha.� � the smile was still there. Lila was just looking at her friend for few seconds, and then she said-�Oh boy!� �What?�
�Somebody�s in loooooooooove, baby!� �Who is?� � Aileen said confused. When she saw Lila grinning at her, it
finally got to her brain what is she on about. � �I�m not in love!� � she protested.
�Whatever, babe!� � Lila said walking away.
�I AM NOT IN LOVE!!� �Aha.� � Lila replied from the bathroom still grinning.
�In love with Mark. Yeah, right. What is she thinking.� � Aileen was
saying quietly only for herself. � �How could I be in love with somebody who�s calling me fat. I can�t. And when he smiles that evil laugh of his, with those cute dimples showing, and��Oh my God.� � she just realised what she has just said. � �I like Mark!� � she said out loud, getting up from the bed.
Lila heard it all, �cos she was leaning against the door frame of the bathroom.
�Welcome to the real world, my friend!� � she said and went back to
the bathroom to dry her hair she has just washed. Aileen threw herself on the bed, and just started at the ceiling.

AN HOUR LATER��
One hour later, Lila and Aileen were all dressed up, and were waiting for the guys to come. �Oh my God! Look at that perfect guy over there!� � Lila suddenly said, pointing at the guy, who was looking around like he�s looking for someone.
�He�s OK.�
�OK?? He�s so hot!�
�Well, that guys next to him is better looking!� � Aileen said pointing to the brown-haired guy next to that guy who was looking for something. �Nope, that other guy is better looking. But wait, that guy you pointed looks familiar. Hey, isn�t that Mark?� � she said loud enough for him to hear her. He saw them and waved at them, and started coming towards them. �Oh my God! You don�t think he heard me, do you?� � Aileen said worried.
�Don�t know. Only one way to find out! Come on!� � Lila said and grabbed Aileen and practically pushed her on Mark before she could protest. �Erm��hi.� � Aileen said blushing when she bumped in Mark. �Hi!� � he smiled, and those dimples showed. Aileen was staring at them like she was bewitched by them or something. Lila nudged her a bit and coughed.
�What? Oh, sorry�� Aileen said when she realised that Mark was looking at her, like he was saying �why are you staring at me?� �That�s quite alright. Like my dimples, do you?� � he said with a smile.
Aileen was surprised by that question, but when she saw that Mark was looking one second at Lila and one second at Aileen. She turned and looked at Lila. When Lila saw she was looking at her, she suddenly looked away, and started to study her nails, which became very interesting to Lila at that moment. Aileen gave her �you�re-so-gonna-get-it-for-this-one� look. Then she turned to Mark with a smile.
�So, where are the other guys?� - she tried to change the subject. �Erm��there they are!� � he said pointing at 4 guys coming towards them.
When Lila turned around to where Mark was pointing at, one guy immediately caught her eye. It was that guy, she was telling Aileen how hot he is just a couple of minutes ago. Her heart started beating faster by every step he made. She watched the way he smiled, and her heart skipped a bit when she saw those perfect white teeth when he smiled. To Lila, it seemed like forever until those 4 guys reached them, including that one guy she had her eyes fixed on��
�Hi!� � the gorgeous guy finally said grinning when they reached them. Lila�s knees got weaker.
�H�hi.� � she acted like a silly schoolgirl in love.
He reached out his hand to Lila, and said��My name is��
