This will confirm the telephone conversation we had before in connection with the claims of Primitivo Mijares, my husband, and Luis Manuel Mijares, my youngest son, against
the Estate of Ferdinand E. Marcos.
This will also certify my conformity to donate fifteen (15%) percent of any amount awarded to my family, contingent on actual recovery.
I hope our claims are, by this time, formally included in the list of victims of human rights violation in the Philippines during Marcos time.
