The egg on the left of this picture is the first egg that I made. So I gave it to my Mum and Dad as a present. The chicken egg on the right is one that my Mum started and I finished.
This is one of the first eggs I made. I added beads one by one. Two quarters of the egg are beaded, and the other two quarters are part beaded. With floral pictures in each quarter.
This egg is over 30 years old. The idea came from one of my Mum's craft classes, we were doing glass painting. I thought it would look good on an egg. Inside is a jeweled dragonfly.
This is an egg I did for a friend of mine. He wanted a unique present for his young daughter. Her initial is beaded on the outside. Inside is a satin cushion, with a small gold ring placed in the center.
This egg is very simple and elegant, with a glorious butterfly, and a lilac background, makes it very pleasing on the eye. Done on a goose egg the butterfly is quite large.
This one is a duck egg. I made it as a gift for my Aunty and Uncle, who were a great help to me in the UK when I needed it. I am working on an ostrich egg with a similar pattern, pictures to follow.
Another simple and elegant egg. This time painted a mottled yellow, the rose is outlind in gold. There are also two buds, one on each side of the egg, also outlined in gold.
I don't know where the idea for this egg came from, I just wanted to do an egg inside an egg. So here you have a quail egg inside a goose egg. It is lined with gold braid, and the quail egg is sitting on a satin cushion.
This egg caused quite a bit of a ruckus. My Mum was saving this egg as it is a very large goose egg. She had something special in mind, but by the time she noticed it was totally covered in beads.
I am not extremely happy with this egg. It didn't turn out as I had pictured. Never the less I am proud of all the eggs that I have created as they all take time and patients.
This was my first most extravegant egg. There is a gold floral butterfly inside when you open it. It is lined with red satin and the lid is hinged.
Finally, the osterich egg. Design is based on the duck pictured before. I am very pleased with this egg. It has taken me a very long time, but a good hobby while I was pregnant.
Remember if you see anything that you like, or you can't see what you want then send me an email and I will arrange that special something
