1. Approved plans for next semester.
2. Voted for officers. Andrew Harris was reelected as President. Kris Grimes was elected Vice-president. Kenyatta was elected Secretary. Michael Rapino was reelected treasurer.
3. Proposed Amendment to constitution was introduced to group. The amendment would force the club to amend the constitution after a certain amount of time. Michael will write it up for the first meeting and then it will be voted on.
