Minutes for March 14th, 2002

Members in attendance: Rachel Manley, Brian Wolters, Andrew Harris, Nick  Pedone, Kris Grimes, Krista Koller, Adam Bierman

Excused Members: Justin Maddus, Robert Luo

 

Meeting started at 7:15 PM

 

  1. Adam Bierman and Rachel Manley were nominated for Secretary.  Rachel wins with three votes.  Adam received two votes.
  2. Andrew showed the NLP’s ad from USA Today.
  3. Discussed how to self laminate the Wall of Shame sheets.
  4. Decided to print out the Wall of Shame sheets at the Computer lab 30 at a time.
  5. Went off topic and discussed White Chapel.
  6. Talked about the banner committee and the need for banners when speakers come.
  7. Talked about spending club money for speaker and decided to investigate the matter further.
    1. Bill Masters one possibility
    2. Thomas Sippos second possibility
  8. Talked about the possibility of T-shirts.  Decided to meet on the 2nd floor lounge on the next Tuesday.
  9. Talked about the possibility of a libertarian library and libertarian books at Albright’s library.
  10. Decided to move fundraising discussion to the next meeting.
  11. Need a banner before Krawchuck comes.
