Article VIII (Amendment I) – Removal of Executive Officers

 

Section 1: Any voting member of the College Libertarians of Albright may propose to remove the President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, or any other Executive Board member from their office.  The person making the proposal must give an explanation for the reason why. 

 

Section 2:  If two-thirds of the voting members present at that meeting vote to act on the proposal, then a letter is sent out to the club notifying everyone that at the next meeting there will be an election for that position.  A letter will also be sent to the former officer citing the explanation for their removal from office. 

 

Section 3:  Article V Section 6 of the CL-Albright Constitution will govern the election of the special election to fill in the vacancy.
