Babyz is a computer game.  It was made by Mindscape Interactive who has since basically ditched us *no offense intended*  Mindscape has sold the entire series of babyz, petz, oddballz ect. to another company who we hope will continue it.  I saw an article which did give me hope.  I wish I still had it to scan but I didn't think of it at the time.  If you would like to see screenshots, more information, or are just curious, the game's website is http://www.babyz.net.  If you have any questions feel free to email me.
