Petzpurri is a brand new petz site I have created out of love for the game.  I am Lindsey T.  Some of you may know me from the babyz community where I have the site CK Nursery (CKN).  I've had petz since it first came out.  I got it for a present from my aunt.  Ever since that day, I have loved the game.  About a year ago I was going to open a site but got wrapped up in other stuff.  It was only until now that I got back into the game and decided that I wanted to finish my site.  

A lot of people ask me how I thought of the name Petzpurri.  Well, it started out with a craving for sunflower seeds.  I went into the kitchen and was looking in one of the bottom cupboards where we usually store the seeds when I saw my potpourri jar.  At the time I was trying to come up with a name, so I instantly thought of Petzpourri.  Well from there I turned the "pourri" into "purr" which fit the topic of the site perfectly.  I hope you guys like it as much as I do! 

Version 1.0

This wasn't the first look that I made for version 1.0.  I had another one which was a lot better but I had a problem with a java script code and I didn't want to delay the opening because of it.  I will hopefully use the layout for a future version.  This layout was slightly complicated to create due to the high number of frames involved.  I love the color blue which is obvious.  It took about, I'd say, three weeks to finish the site entirely.  I had to create it while juggling school and soccer.  About the total time working on the petz stuff though I'd say 1 1/2 months.  During that time I learned how to hex which I now enjoy doing.  I created all of my graphics from scratch, excluding the pictures I took from the game of my petz (duh).  Although this isn't the best layout I've made and certainly not the most professional looking, this is probably the layout I like the best.
