December 4th, 2007 + (More to be added as always) Click here for a printable version of this calendar Stella's Deli KFTC Fundraiser - Tuesday, December 4th from 8:30am to 4pm at Stella's Deli (143 Jefferson Street, Lexington). Stella's will donate $1 for every individual who joins KFTC or renews their membership dues at the deli today! TERRA Holiday Gathering � Saturday, December 8th from 10am to 2pm at Third Street Stuff (on Third St. and Limestone) Transy Student environmentalists and allies will gather to make recycled holiday ornaments and decorate a tree at Winburn Community Art Garden. Rally For Robinson Forest - Tuesday December 11th, at noon at Patterson Office Tower Plaza on the University of Kentucky�s campus (right next to Patterson Office Tower). The focus of this rally is to show opposition to the clear-cutting of parts of Robinson Forest prior to the Board of Trustees meeting in which a vote is likely to take place. The Board of Trustees meet at 1pm on the 18th floor of the Patterson Office tower, and members are encouraged to attend and be a visual show of opposition in the crowd during the proceedings. Membership Goal � Saturday, December 15th. By this date, we hope to have at least 1,300 new KFTC Members in 2007 to complete our three-year push to become a 5,000 Member organization! � to grow our grassroots power to make progress on all of our issues. If you�re not a Member yet, please join! Dues are usually $15-$50, but can be any amount higher or lower than that. The more members we have, the more influence we collectively have to do good things.
