1997 Grand Central Mall Parkersburg, WV
$4 million renovation to existing mall. Major work included improvements to HVAC, EIFS, new common
area bulkheads, new common area floor tile and new skylights.
1998 Coliseum Mall Hampton, VA
$3.8 million renovation to existing mall. Major work included a new entrance, new HVAC systems, and new
common area bulkheads with GFRC cove lighting.
1999 Jersey Gardens Mall Elizabeth, NJ
$180 million new construction. This two-story mall has a cumulative area of 1.9 million square feet. Special features
include a grand staircase, waterfall elevator with adjacent tree house, and wonderland court with children's play
area. Spectacular faux trees and resin light boxes add an artistic flare to the interior design. Over 350,000 square
feet of the common area is carpeted for the shopper's comfort.
2000 Centralized Sewage Treatment Indian Head, MD
$8.5 million rehabilitation and addition to existing sewage treatment system at the Naval Base. Project highlight
was a 4,600 linear foot directional drill, 20 feet below the riverbed of the Mattowoman Creek. Other project
features include 3,700 linear feet of force main, 4,500 linear feet of gravity sewer, and a fiber optic SCADA loop
to monitor the system status over the entire base.
2002 Fort Ave Fire Station
$2.7 million new construction of 13,000 sq ft, 4-bay fire station. Structure is pre-engineered steel with masonry veneer. Mechanical systems include geothermal heating/cooling with hydronic radiant floor heating.
