another year
possibly insignificant
except to marketing managers
cashing in
on the potential of palindrome
noting the beginning
follows the end
 
a mirrored pattern
grabbed quickly by readers
of fortune, numerologists
and sly poets
 
and maybe this year too
will follow such
predictability
 
and thats not bad
because I like this quiet morning
watching winter crackle
at the window
in a sunlight so clear
no shadow is found
in which to hide secrets
