- Appropriately sized copper gasket/crush washer for return line port found at any hardware/plumbing store
Install
- Install -6AN union fittings to the fuel pressure regulator. Slide the copper washer over the union fitting on the return port to seal. Use a -6AN plug on one inlet of the Aeromotive reg. "4"
- Unbolt stock fuel rail oulet fitting to stock FPR. Remove stock FPR and all lines.
- Install Diamond Star Motorsports fuel rail outlet fitting to fuel rail outlet. "1"
- Pre-cut desired legnth of -6AN line and install fittings. Use a 90* and straight fitting. "2"
- Mount the Aermotive reg.
- Install 1 socketless -6AN fitting to stock FPR return line. Use a slight amount of oil on the stock return hose to allow the socketless fitting to slide in easily. Use a hoseclamp to secure. "3"
- Connect all AN fittings to the Aeromotive regulator.
