INTERVIEW WITH CJ SUMMERS

Wesley: What is it like to be in PWIs top 500
Cj Summers: It is a honor to be recognized as one of the top 500 wrestlers in the world. It is cool to be, out of thousands and thousands of other wrestlers around the world, lucky enough to have been noticed and included in this year's PWI 500.

Wesley: So your coming back to Ireland on November 14th, who would you like to face at this event?
Cj Summers: Of course as any competitor I would like a shot at the IWW Champion for the title, but would be honored to face any one of the talented athletes in the IWW locker room. I actually do have a little score to settle with the likes of Red Vinny and Dave Zero.

Wesley: Since you have been with iww for long time now, what has been your favorite moment?
Cj Summers: I would have to say my favorite moment is still the mysterious knocking washing machine. You have to ask Si.

Wesley: What is the one thing you are looking forward to, on your return to Ireland?
Cj Summers: Being back in Ireland. I can't give you just one reason. First, I love the Irish fans. They always welcome me with open arms. Second, IWW has always treated me extremely well and they are like a second family to me. It's very seldom that you find a work enviroment like that in wrestling.

Wesley: In your mind what has been your favorite match in IwW?
Cj Summers: This is a hard one since there have been some great matches in the IWW. The one match that did impress me was the M-Dog 20 vs. Johnny Storm match. I never say these kats wrestle before and they really set the bar on those shows.

Wesley: Do many people know about Irish Whip Wrestling in the States?
Cj Summers: Yes, people do know about Irish Whip Wrestling here in the states.

Wesley: What have you been doing since we last seen you in march?
Cj Summers: Since you last saw me in March I have continued to wrestle in the states and have begun production on my DVD. There is no set release date yet; it's in the planning stages but will be a complete history of my career with some bonus features. Keep checking cjsummers.com for updates.

Wesley: What part of the wrestling business do you like the most?
Cj Summers: I love performing for the fans. Yes I know that's a common answer, but for me it's my way of giving them a little something for all their support through the years. Let's face it, we couldn't be doing what we do without them. I take extra time just to meet with the fans before and after shows as a way to thank them.
