The adventures of Oliver Periwig is the big game in development at Pug Fugly Games. It is a platform adventure game, where the player's task is to help Oliver Periwig find his balloons again. The game is aimed at both the hardcore platformer and the younger gamer alike, providing two distinct game modes to suit the player's needs. One attractive feature of the game is that nothing ever dies in the world of Oliver Periwig. Falling over is the biggest danger any of the characters in the game face, even the enemies. Of course, this doesn't necessarily mean the game is easy – far from it, the hardest skill setting will provide quite a challenge...
Let's have a little look at the game:
Oliver must get the balloons back off the goblins. He can achieve this by picking fruit off the trees and throwing it at the goblin. Hit the goblin, and he'll drop the balloon so that Oliver can pick it up. Of course, the goblin won't be too happy about it.....
Each level will contain 5 balloons for Oliver to collect. In this shot, he already has two balloons, and he's found 2 goblins with a balloon each. The goblins are happy and harmless when they have balloons.....
If a balloon escapes into the sky, it will be brought back by a bird. Of course, Oliver then has to catch the pesky bird to get the balloon back off it!
