| On November 29, 2006, the 4th Annual Cherry-Apple Basket Award was presented to the Appleton South Plant for winning more interplant contests during the 2006 Eastern States Fantasy Football Regular Season. This is the third victory in the series for Appleton South. The Cherry-Apple trophy returns home to Appleton South after having spent the previous season in Cherry Hill. Heavys owner, Jim S., accepted the award on behalf of the Appleton South Plant at a small gathering in Oxford, PA, during a break in the action at a Greater Oxford Poker Tour event. As the Appleton South team with the best record, the heavys have the honor of hosting the award during the Fantasy Football offseason.
