Preparation for an Estate sale:
1. Dispose of any medications.
2. Remove all personal items before we begin work, including personal photographs and papers.
3. Clean out refrigerator and disconnect icemaker, if to be sold.
4. Disconnect washer and dryer if to be sold, (esp. gas)
5. Do not throw anything away. We will determine if an item has monetary value.
6. Do not turn off utilities . Keep homeowners insurance in force.
7. Keep any instruction booklets for any appliances or other household items to be sold.
8. We will clean up cabinets, drawers, closets, etc. as we prepare for the sale- save yourself the effort.
