| "Move over Toad, I'm gonna kick your ass!" Cassie yelled while quickly pushing buttons on her controller. They were playing mario cart, and having a blast. "Oh eat my dust Princess!" Brian yelled back. Suddenly there was an explosion on the screen. "Oh my gosh I died!" Cassie yelled. Brian leaned over sympathetically and patted her on the back,"Well hun...ya win some ya lose some. In my case...I win it all! WHOO HOO!" He said standing up and dancing around. Cassie looked on in shock but then began to grin with an idea. She grabbed the nearest pillow and stood up, smacking him in the back, causing him to lose his balance and fall over. "Oh now your gonna get it!" Brian yelled charging at her and picking her up throwing her over his shoulder. "Ahhh...what are you doing?!" she yelled laughing. Brian just laughed evily and ran to the back sliding doors. He opened them quickly and walked out. "Oh...no...NO! Brian don't!" Cassie yelled as she saw the pool. She started smacking his butt repeatedly screaming for him to stop. "Oh alright...."Brian said and put her down. She sighed and thanked him but then got a smirk on her face. "What are you grinning about?" he asked. She grabbed his arm and jumped in the pool, pulling him with her. When they both finally came up out of the water, Cassie was laughing and Brian smiled at her. "That was good, I have to admit," he said. "Oh yes I know, thank you, thank you," she said bowing. He laughed and grabbed her hand pulling her to him. They stood there for a few moments just staring into each otheres eyes,when they finally leaned in for a kiss. By then, Nick and Jess had come out to see what the commotion was. They stood there smiling, watching Cassie and Brian when finally Nick cleared his throat causing Cass and Bri to look up. Nick and Jess stood there grinning, hand in hand, when Nick said, "Well, I see you two are getting along well." "Umm..yep...how about you two? Did you get things worked out?" Cassie asked. "I guess from the looks of you, ya have," Brian added. Jess smiled and nodded. "Yeah, we decided that it doesnt matter how far apart we are, if we like each other enough then we can make things work," Nick said. "So...you're together then?" Cassied asked. "Yep," Nick replied, "What about you two?" Cassie just looked at Brian, who looked back, neither knowing exactly what they were. |
