"No, I wanna see these,"she replied.
She said,"Awww,"at the cute ones and laughed at others.
"Ok, enough pictures of me, what about you?"
"Huh?"she asked.
"I wanna see some pictures of you when you were little," he said.
"Oh...uh..you can't cause..um..they were destroyed in a fire about two years ago,"she lied.
"Oh,okay," he knew she was lying. They ate quickly and when they were finished Jessie told Nick to stay while she took the dishes down.
"No, it's your birthday, this is my thing---"
"No,Nick, it's ok. You did enough. I'll be right back,"and with that she took the dishes and started down the stairs. He couldn't help but look at her butt in those spandex. "HOT," he said to himself. Jessie returned running into the room to the radio.
"What's the rush?" he asked.
"We have to listen for my name ot be called for the Birthday Buncher!" she said trying to find the right station.
"The birthday what?"
"Shhhh! It's on!"
"Happy birthday to Christy Mullen. Christy is 10 today. And now, for the birthday buncher for the day, drum roll please...Jessie Richardson is 19 today and she is the birthday buncher! Now she was called in by Kim, Elissa,Michelle,Cassie,and Kayla. Oh yeah, and the caller made sure I said these guys wished her a happy birthday too. Nick,Brian,Kevin,Howie,and AJ. I don't believe that though. I mean, why would the Backstreet Boys, call in and wish a happy birthday to a small town girl they don't know? Ha, if they really said that then Britney Spears says happy aniversary to..."He kept chattin and Nick picked up the phone.
"Whats the number to that place?" She recited the numbers and he dialed.
"Yeah...um...can you please put this on the air?"
"Sure, whatcha need buddy?"the DJ asked.
"I just wanna say Happy birthday to Jessie and this IS Nick Carter by the way,"he told the DJ.
"Oh yeah, so you sound like him. Big deal. Sing for us then 'NICK CARTER'"the DJ said emphasizing Nick Carter.
"Ok....Tell me why? Aint nothin but a heart ache, Tell me why? Aint nothin but a mistake. You believe me now?" There was a long pause when the DJ finally said,
"Ladies and Gentlemen, Nick Carter!Holy crap it's really you! Well...uh...thanks for calling in buddy!!"
Nick hung up the phone without anything else.
"Why did you do that?" Jessie asked.
"I wanted to prove him wrong. Now, what did you mean by doing some other stuff after breakfast? he said. She smiled and looked at him with a hopeful expression. She kissed him and knocked him over onto the floor.
"Whooaa baby! Hold on, not so fast!" he yelled laughing.
"Ok, we'll take it slow,"she said. They kissed for a long time and slowly lied down on the bed. He began to kiss her neck and ran his hand up her shirt.
"Wait!"Jessie yelled,"I...uh..I can't do it Nick, I can't." She ran out starting to cry. Nick left her in her room alone until he heard the crying stop, then he went in.
"Baby?" he said.
"Oh, Nick,I'm so sorry but..."
"Shhh,"he said putting his finger to her lips,"I won't make you do anything you don't want to, ok?"
She nodded and they walked hand in hand downstairs. They sat on the couch and watched TV. They cuddled and kissed but nothing more than that. Later, she went upstairs and got in her clothes she would wear for the party. They drove to Kim's to find everyone there, including all of Jessie's other friends.
"This is so cool!" she said.
"Happy birthday girl!" Kim yelled hugging her.
"Thanks,"Jessie said,"Now let's get this party movin!" Then danced for a long time and finally the guys decided to start singing. They began with 'I Want It That Way' because it was Jessie's favorite song. Then it was time for Larger Than Life.
"Our next song, we would like to perform the video dance mix for you. Now, obviously we don't have our dancers with us so we are gonna need some help,"Kevin began to explain,"Would the two lovley ladies that accompanied us last night be willing to do it again?" he asked. Jessie and Kim walked up and everyone cheered. They began the music and the guys sang the song first. When it was time to dance, the girls joined and they did a terrific show. Elissa found Aaron and told him how whe felt. They got along great and danced all night.(AUTHORS NOTE:IN THIS STORY,PICTURE AARON BEING LIKE IN HIS TEENS.IT JUST FIT THE STORY BETTER IF HE WAS OLDER)
Then Aaron realised he would be leaving soon so he told Elissa they couldn't start a big relationship. She understood and they kept partying. Some stupid guys decided to bring beer and get drunk so the party was ruined at around 8pm. Everyone left and the guys all sat down to watch a movie. Jess, Elissa,Kim,Michelle,and Cassie all went up to Kim's room and hung out talking about the party and the guys. Soon the girls,except Kim, went down stairs to watch the movie with the guys. Kim decided to stay back and write in her journal.
