�Nothing much, I was just thinking.� he replied.
�Oh yeah? Bout what?� Kev asked sitting down.
�Just the fact that we are leaving soon and I don�t want to start a relationship with Kayla.� he said.
�Yeah, I totally agree. I�m not gonna start anything with Michelle either. I don�t know what AJ and Nick are going to do.�
�Who knows.....well what are we doing this morning?� Howie asked.
�I�m trying to get everyone together to go out for breakfast.� Kevin said.
�Good idea,� Howie said as Brian came in the room.
�Whats up Rok?� Kev asked.
�Hey, did I hear something about going out for breakfast?� he asked sitting down.
�Yeah, we are all going to get the girls and go out. Where is AJ and Nick?� Kevin asked.
�My guess is in their rooms with their girls, I heard noises in AJ�s room last night,� Brian said laughing a little. Just then they heard a loud noise in the room next door..Nick�s room.
�I take it Jess hasn�t left yet either!� Howie said.
�Those two better be careful, �Kevin said, �that�s my baby cousin in there.�
�Don�t worry dude, �Brian said, �well, call Kayla, Michelle, and Cassie and tell them one of us will be by to pick them up soon.�
�Yeah we will meet at that one restaurant down the street at lets see.....9:30?� Kev asked.
�Aight, see ya!�
AJ and Kim managed to sleep for another half an hour after Jess woke them up because they were awakened by noises coming from Nick�s room.
�And Kev said nothing was going on! That liar!� AJ said, �I�m gonna call and cuss him out!� AJ dialed Kev�s room number.
�Hello?� Kevin said.
�I thought you said nothing was going on with the two little ones?� AJ replied.
�Who, Nick and Jess? There wasn�t until this morning! Believe me, I�m not that happy either...� Kev replied.
�Oh yeah, I forgot that is your cousin,� AJ said.
�Look, why don�t you go pound on the door and tell them we are going out for breakfast at about 9:30 so they better go get Jessie�s clothes and be back by then.�
�Ok, see ya bro!� AJ said.
�Bye.� AJ hurried next door and knocked hard. No answer. He pounded harder.
�What?!?!� Nick yelled.
�Nick it�s Bone, open up!�
�Ugh, alright, coming! Hold your horses!� Nick said grabbing his pants and throwing them on. Jess took her stuff and ran into the bathroom. Nick opend the door.
�What?� he said.
�Kev said we are going out for breakfast at 9:30 so you guys better get over to Jessie�s and get her stuff and get back here by then.�
�Oh fine.�
�Say Nick......was she....,� he started to whisper, �well was she...you know?�
�Awesome,� Nick said.
�Ha! That�s my Nicky boy! Put her there dude!� AJ said giving Nick a high five and doing a little �manly� handshake. Just then Jess walked out of the bathroom. She kissed Nick quickly and said, �I�ll be in the truck.�
�Ok, be there in a minute,� he replied.
�Nice job Mr. Carter,� AJ said.
�You too Mr. Mclean,� Nick replied. They both started cracking up.
�I�ll see ya at 9:30 then,� Nick said.
�Bye,� AJ replied. Nick quickly threw on a descent shirt, grabbed his keys and walked out to the truck.
�Ready?� he asked Jess.
�Yep!� she smiled.
�The cops said they were still working on the scene so they will still be there I think,� he informed her.
�Ok, I�m glad I was here last night,� she said.
�Me too,� he replied pulling out of the parking lot.
�Nick?�
�Yeah?�

�I love you too babe.� They left for Jessie�s house. About 5 minutes into the drive, Nick said, �I need some tunes, what is the best station here?�
�Oh, 96.1,�she said as Nick changed it to that.
�Y�all act like you never seen a white person before....� sang Eminem on the radio.
�Oh I love this song!� Jess exclaimed turning it up and singing.
�Do you know all of the words?� Nick asked.
�Yep-- It�s the return of the ah, wait, no wait, you kidding, he didn�t just say what i think he did, did he?� she sang out loud. Nick laughed and just turned it up louder as he watched his girlfriend have a good time. When it came to the part where Eminem talked about the �little girl and boy groups� Jess just sang louder and in Nick�s face.
�Hey!� he said reaching over trying to tickle her.
�Not while your driving baby, you�ll crash!� Jess yelled laughing hysterically. They both stopped when the song was over. Jessica Simpson and Nick Lachey�s song, �Where You Are� came on.
�I think this is our song,� Nick said.
�Really? Why?� Jess asked.
�Well one, it was the first slow song we danced to, and two, did you notice our names are the same as theirs?�
�Yeah, I noticed that the first time I heard the song.....everyone told me it was a sign, I guess they were right,� she said smiling.
�I guess they were. You and I will both be singing this song when we leave in two days,� Nick said sadly.
�What?!� Jess said surprised, �Two days? No, I�m gonna find a way to come with you!�
�But....how? There�s no more room on the buses,� Nick said. Just then, his cell phone rang.
�Talk to me! What?! Thats.........perfect,� he looked at Jess and smiled, �Don�t worry I have an idea. yeah I�ll talk to you at breakfast, we�re pulling into Jessie�s now, ok, bye.� He stopped the truck and turned and smiled at Jess.
�What was that all about?� she asked.
�Two of our dancers, Angie and Ally just quit!� he said happily.
�Nick that�s terrible! Your show is screwed! Why are you so happy?�
�Well one, those two were AJ and my ex-girlfriends.�
�Really....� Jess said not very interested.
�And two, that leaves two spots open on the buses!� Jess was beginning to get it.
�So, Kim and I can come with you guys!� She yelled.
�Not only that,but you now have a job working with us.� he said.
�What?� Jessie asked confused. Nick started doing some movements to the Larger Than Life dance. �What....Nick no! We can�t!� she said.
�Yes you can! Having you two dancing with us would be so awesome! And that way, you will have a job while spending time with us!�
�I don�t know....� he kissed her softly and said, �Please baby?� He gave her a little puppy face. �Oh, don�t give me that face! Ugh.......ok, I�ll do it.�
�Yes!� Nick yelled kissing her again..
�But don�t think kissing me every time you need something is gonna make me give in,� she paused and said, �It was the puppy dog look that got me.� He laughed and they got out of the truck. They went and got Jessie�s clothes and made their way back to the hotel.
