Capital Janitorial® Cleaning Services

We offer three different types of service package.

Basic Service Package

      Clean front "glass" door (if any, inside & outside).

      Clean waiting area (if any), including reading materials.

      Clean break room area (if any).

      Clean restroom(s), including toilets & sinks (toilet paper and hand towels are not included).

      Vacuum carpet and/or sweep & mop tile floors.

      Clean Windows (inside), window ledges.

      Clean top of desks (only if no paper work left on top).

      Empty all trash containers, replace trash container liner and remove trash from premises.

Silver Service Package

     Clean front "glass" door (if any, inside & outside).

     Clean waiting area (if any), including reading materials.

     Clean break room area (if any), including washing dishes, refrigerator & microwave.

     Clean restroom(s), including toilets & sinks (toilet paper and hand towels are not included).

     Vacuum carpet and/or sweep & mop tile floors.

     Clean Windows (inside), window ledges & blind ( no drapes)

     Clean top of desks (only if no paper work left on top), including dusting computer screens.

     Clean desk chairs, including base.

     Empty all trash containers, replace trash container liner and remove trash from premises.

Gold Service Package

     Clean front "glass" door (if any, inside & outside).

     Clean waiting area (if any), including reading materials.

     Clean break room area (if any), including washing dishes, refrigerator & microwave.

     Clean restroom(s), including toilets & sinks (toilet paper and hand towels are not included).

     Vacuum carpet and/or sweep & mop tile floors.

     Clean Windows (inside), window ledges , blind & drapes.

     Clean top of desks (only if no paper work left on top), including dusting computer screens.

     Clean desk chairs, including base.

     Empty all trash containers, replace trash container liner and remove trash from premises.

CJ cleaning service does not perform the following services: moving large and/or heavy items to clean underneath unless a special request, in writing, is received on an as needed basis.
