Dingle Penninsula, Ireland

Anyone for a rainy bikeride in the middle of nowhere, on roads with no names, and nothing but signs in Irish pointing to the next town?

Yeah! That's what I said!
This is the beautiful Dingle Penninsula, where "Far and Away" and other films were shot.

OOOoooh

Pretty!

This is as far west as you can go in Ireland.

This is a group of Clochauns, or beehive huts. They were inhabited by monks during the dark ages!
Nearby is an Iron-Age fort which dates back to 500 BC!
