�I hope you had a good evening Kat,� Cole said.
�I did Mr. Tur�Cole,� Phoebe said.
Cole walked back to his car and Phoebe watched him go. Her heart was aching and he mind was trying to comprehend everything was going on. The house was neat and orderly as Phoebe walked around. The bedroom was small along with the rest of the house. Phoebe went to sleep and hoped to wake up and find her self home.
She got up and started to get dressed, then she suddenly realized she had her memories back or at least Kat Larson�s memories. She couldn�t figure out why she would want to marry David. But then again she wasn�t this person and had to have lunch with him. Walking to the diner she bumped into Cole on her way in and she noticed how she was now turned so she couldn�t see inside.
�Sorry Kat I didn�t see you,� Cole said.
�No, it�s my fault I wasn�t watching where I was going,� Phoebe said.
�Going inside,� Cole said.
�Yes I�m having lunch with David,� Phoebe said.
�I still don�t see how you two are getting married�no offense it just he seems more into himself then anyone else,� Cole said.
�I been asking my self that same question since I lost my memory,� Phoebe said.
�So how�s that going�your memory,� Cole asked.
�I have it back�I woke up this morning and remembered,� Phoebe said cheerfully.
�That great�may I walk you in,� Cole asked softly.
�Sure,� Phoebe said.
They walked in and saw David with another woman and she started her way towards the table. At first Phoebe didn�t think anything he can have female friends then she kissed him. This kiss wasn�t a kiss you give someone who was a friend more of a passionate goodnight kiss. She couldn�t believe what she saw and Cole looked at her, she felt mad, betrayed, and nothing all at once.
�I�m sorry�I was suppose to keep you out until she left�but I couldn�t,� Cole said.
�I understand and thank you�if you�ll excuse me for a moment,� Phoebe said.
�I�ll stay here�if you want,� Cole said.
�Please,� Phoebe said.
Cole almost smiled to himself he could just imagine what would happen to David. He knew there was something about this woman, this mortal but he couldn�t figure it out. But he knew she was one remarkable woman, but part of him knew this wrong, but another part didn�t care.
�Hell-o dear,� Phoebe said.
�Kat�I thought�� David said.
�Thought that Cole was suppose to keep me out�well it seems he has a conscience unlike you�the wedding if OFF,� Phoebe said.
�Kitty Kat,� David said softly.
�No David�I have been patient with you�I have loved you and I was going to give up law school for you�yes I have my memories back�you want him honey you can have him,� Phoebe said.
He went to grab her arm, but she jerked it away and started to walk out. Cole had stood up and walked towards her and just smiled at her. David grabbed her arm and turned her around to face him and her eyes shut in pain. Cole had no idea what to do if he helped her he could lose his job and his cover, but if he didn�t she could hurt.
�David let go,� Phoebe said.
�No�I love you,� David said.
�Let go�now,� Phoebe said.
�Kat,� David said.
�David you�re hurting me,� Kat said.
�She said let go,� Cole said.
�Fine you have her and Cole you�re fired,� David said.
�Good,� Cole said.
That day Cole stayed with Phoebe almost all day he was afraid David would came back if he didn�t. She had cried some, but Cole seemed to make her laugh also. It was weird, but Cole acted like he did when she first met him. Was it possible for two people to fall in love twice even if they are different people? Cole took her home and she gave him a hug.
�Thank you Cole you are the kindness man I�ve met,� Phoebe said and kissed him on the cheek.
�Your welcome�if he call or comes here call me,� Cole said.
�I will thanks again,� Phoebe said.
She went inside and started to get ready for bed. She first put on her nightgown and went for her homework she had due for her classes. She was reading one of her books when it hit her that Cole was here to kill a witch. She stood up and went into the kitchen grabbed a glass when she got premonition. It was off Cole but it was different it was showing her a choice she could make. She could go to her mom and grams and tell them about Cole and explain who she is or let it happen like last time.
�Ok so I stop it and that witch lives and we don�t happen or do and we happen and a innocent witch dies,� Phoebe said.
�Hell-o,� A woman said.
�Who are you,� Phoebe asked.
�The one who sent you here they call me She�re,� She�re said.
�I can�t let him kill that witch,� Phoebe said.
�Then you�ll live,� She�re said.
�What,� Phoebe said.
�See Kat saved the life of a pregnant witch,� She�re said.
�My mother,� Phoebe said.
�Your choice�Kat Larson life or the charmed ones,� She�re said.
�Kat dies and he swears never to love again�until me,� Phoebe said and She�re leaves.
Phoebe sank in the Chair she was standing next to and grabs a piece of paper then goes into the other room and looks for a pen. Just like Piper she begins to write what ever she thinks down not knowing what it really means. She then put it in an envelope and seals it. She make sure to put it in a safe and asked it not to be mail until they day they are taken and she hopes she get it. Because there is not choice she has to save her mother.
�Stop,� Phoebe said.
�Kat leave,� Cole said.
�I can�t,� Kat said running up to him.
�Then you�ll watch her die�she�s has to be stopped,� Cole said.
He pushed her out of the way and looked at the vulnerable patty Halliwell who give birth to end of all evil. Phoebe watched as her mother stared at her widen eye unable to do anything for she was going in labor. Phoebe remembered Prue was almost born in a warehouse because her mother got lost, but grams found her. Now she knew the truth Grams must have done an anonymous call to the police station about the body. Cole now held a dagger and Patty was standing Phoebe went over there and tried to stop him. She told to Patty to get out but Phoebe had no idea if Patty listened to her or not. Phoebe had no idea how it happened but she ended up getting stabbed and fell to the ground. Cole held his breath and fell to the ground where she lied.
�I love you Cole and I know what you are,� Phoebe said and closes her eyes as death hit her.
�I�I killed the only mortal woman I�ve ever cared�I will never love again,� Cole said and kiss her forehead and shimmered away.
Patty of course never really got a good look at him or did she know his name, but she guessed that he was Belthazor of the brotherhood that Penny had told her. Penny had taken her to the hospital for the first of her grandchildren to be born and called her son-in-law Victor to see his daughter, Prudence.
Open it,� Prue said.
�It�s a letter to Phoebe from Phoebe,� Cole said as Leo took it.
Dear Phoebe,
I know part of you will not believe me when I tell you who this is and what year it is. I am in the year 1969 yea the year that Prue was born and I am Phoebe Halliwell you. I even got to see my mom in labor and it wasn�t a good sight. Of course I was Kat Larson and I have to die to save my mom and Prue life. It�s been real hard, real hard since Cole is here too. At first I thought it was my Cole then I remembered who he was here and that how I die. Remember that on this day a demon will come to get you, her name is She�re be prepared. Cole if you are reading this I understand and yes it was me that was in Kat body. I love and I know what you are and who you are and the child was Prue.

Cole looked at them and only he really understood what the event she was talking about. He had forgotten all about when he tried to kill Patty Halliwell and her unborn child. But instead killed a woman he cared for and know to know that Phoebe was in that body made his heart ach.
�Cole explain,� Bane said.
�In 1969 I was told to kill a witch�Patty Halliwell she was to die before she gave birth to her daughter. A mortal woman protected her�Kat Larson she ended up getting stabbed and Patty got away and gave birth. Patty never knew my name or saw my face�I�d forgotten until now�I�m so sorry Prue,� Cole said.
�Cole it was who you were back then,� Prue said.
�I can�t believe I killed Phoebe,� Cole said.
�One question�where is she if she not alive in the past,� Leo asked.
