As usual, American conflicts are the focus of the news media. It is good to know what is going on, but we do not need every detail of every little topic in the news today, especially with the war going on now. The problem is that the public knows too much. Why should Bin Laden have intelligence agents in America when all he really needs is cable. He could watch the news and plan another attack.
The media should be limited a lot. The public should not know much at all about the impending situation, especially where the American troops are being sent. What if Bin Laden was watching American news? It would not be very hard for him to plan an attack on our naval ships or troops if he has access to the right stuff.
It is good that we know about the war and stay up-to-date, but things need to stay a lot more hush-hush over here. We still do not really feel the affects of a �war.� Everyone wants America to get back to normal, but it is hard to forget about something that�s in the news all day every day. |
