This unique landscape incorporates an extensive miniature train layout with trains, buildings, bridges, tunnels along with ponds and plants. The trains are kept out and running year round. This project is continuous, like most gardens, with additions and deletions taking place constantly. It requires a lot of hard "work/fun" to build and maintain a train garden. |

The larger pond is elevated. The train goes around the pond, through a tunnel built against the garage wall and past a waterfall at the back (on the right). |
There is a second smaller pond at ground level with the tracks branching past and around. |

The smaller pond is a part of a farm scene. The plants in the ponds and used all around the yard where the tracks run are small to fit into the scale of the trains and buildings. |
The train continues past the ponds, around the house and around the above ground pool. The raised tracks are lined with slate rock to add to the realist look. |

The tracks extend around the entire backyard. Whether in the pool or in the hot tub or relaxing on the porch, the trains can be seen and enjoyed. |

The fish in the larger pond seem to enjoy the trains as much as everyone else! |
