request before research will begin. This is to cover consequential costs associated in reaseaching the request. We make every attempt to locate
all related material requested. We will work closely with you to fill your request, however if for some reason material related to your request cannot be located (i.e.
records not found or the records are located outside of NARA) this deposit is non-refundable. Otherwise,
this deposit will be applied to the total research costs when the request for services has been completed. |
