In consequence of domestic affliation
requiring my presence at home and the urgent necessity for my attention to private affairs, which cannot
be neglected without suffering too great a scarifice. I desire to be relieved of the office of Captain
3rd Regiment Kentucky Infty. Vol. and here tender this my unconditional resignation of the same. |
