Television will continue to remain in focus for us in generations to come. It has established itself as a leader in the field of mass communications, and still with the boom of the internet continues to prove it's uses daily.

Tomorrow's television will be completly PC-integrateable. Users will view all their shows directly through their computer, and as a bonus they will be able to use these new televisions as computer moniters. This is taking the technology and using it in it's best way for what we need it for. Televisions have already begun to replace standard computer screens. An example of this (left) shows how the level of technology has already been applied to computer screens. The screen in the photo is an example of a LCD Monitor, nearly identical in technology to TV's liquid crystal version.
