| City Square Pool Rules Children 15 years of age or younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. Anyone 16 years of age or older must have ID and a pool key card No more than 6 people per pool card Shower before entering pool Proper swimwear must be worn - no street clothes No suntan oils allowed in pool - lotions only No glass containers allowed on the pool deck Put garbage in provided receptacles No eating or drinking in the pool No grilling or cooking on the pool deck No parties at the pool (unless sponsored by the HOA) No radios No diving No spitting No obscene language No improper displays of affection No boisterous activity or � horseplay � in or around the pool No animals allowed in the pool or on the pool deck Obey lifeguards and HOA representatives instructions at all times Pool hours are from 8 am to 10 pm anyone caught in the pool area outside of posted times will be prosecuted for tresspassing Lifeguards are on duty Sunday thru Thursday from 11:00 am until 8:00 pm, Friday Saturday and all Holidays from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm. Any violations may result in pool privileges being suspended for your household members and a $25.00 reactivation fee. Anyone climbing the fence will be considered tresspassing. Any acts of vandalism will be prosecuted. Swimming is at your own risk. City Square HOA is not liable for any injuries. |
