| Clubhouse Rules |
| Homeowners wishing to rent out the Clubhouse must be in good standing with the Association and 21 years of age or older. Hours of availability are from 10 a.m. until 12 a.m. There is a Security deposit of $100.00 of that $25.00 is nonrefundable. Any damages exceeding the deposit will be billed to the homeowner. The pool deck and pool are not included in the rental of the Clubhouse. |
