Pattenburg, New Jersey the jewel of Hunterdon County recieved its name for the patent on a specific type of whiskey only distilled there in the 1800's.  Through the years it has been home to elite and common alike as well as the Bellewood amusement park.  Today it is known for its welcoming  locals and magnificent natural wonders. It is the perfect contrast to the harsh city life of the rust bowl.
