Free Women once you enter Kasra�s gates you may remove your veils as the sand won�t affect you inside the city
Free Women of Kasra, when travelling you MUST have guards when in the desert to protect you from raiders,
slaves not of Kasra, must have a FM escort or permission from the Pasha (Ubar) or Pasharia (Ubara) if the Pasha is not present (acquired by asking by pm with the �o- tag). If not they will likely be caught by the guards and either held for ransom or collared to the city.
Stealing slaves from Kasra is punishable by death
Pming a slave with out permission is not allowed
slaves of Kasra are allowed to go to Ko-Ro-Ba, without a free present with them. They are allowed to travel with NPC (No playable Characters) by tarn back to this City.
Assassins are NOT allowed to hunt inside the city but out side the guards will not stop you from hunting in the desert
Yellow Sashed messengers are allowed. You must include your full tags and role-play your part or don't bother.
We don�t accept Raids
Any fights are taken out side of the city gates, there will be NO blood spilt inside the city, the guards will make sure of it
The killing of slaves inside the city is for members ONLY, the slave�s body will then be dumped out side the city walls or used for sleen meat
Any Free who deem a slave of Kasra needy of a punishment MUST script the event and put the slave into one of the slave cages that are around the central square
Any slave trying to flee Kasra will not survive, the desert is harsh and there are raiders riding around who would take great pleasure in capturing a run away slave, torturing them before finally slaying them
