Welcome to City Gal's
InfoCentral!
A hodge-podge of useful info, mixed with a bit of humor and entertainment!
Looking for work? Your next career opportunity? Allow me to share some resources for FINDING that next opportunity!

I spent fifteen (Yes, 15!) months looking for a job. I started searching just a few months before "9/11/02'. It was rough before then, and even rougher after that date! I was and am still are trying to survive in a VERY depressed economic/employment environment. Somehow, I've managed to survive so far. And I'm happy to share my advice, experiences, tips, etc. with those of you who are 'treading water'.

Although I did finally land a position (just 1 month ago as of this writing), my take-home pay for a month doesn't even cover my rent! But it's better than NO income. And at least I now have health/dental insurance  again.

Stay tuned for tips on how to survive (pay your bills, eat, keep a roof over your head!) when your job doesn't pay you enough to cover your bills/expenses!

Best Regards,
City Gal (Deena)
