As you wade through what feels like endless weeds, vines, bugs, and incredibly heavy air, you wonder why you didn't stay home today. Suddenly, you stop. Looking around, which, to you, seems nearly pointless, because the deeper you got into this jungle, the thicker and denser the foliage became, and the less light got through. Peering in the near-darkness, you see you have reached it, the legendary Heart Of The Forest. The famed mythical place, where the magic of nature runs strongest. The Heart is the safest haven to a purehearted creature, but known to very few. Gulping, you take a step forward, and then another, and another. Finally, toy are in the center of a VERY hot glade. Sweating, partly from fear, partly from the heat, you kneel on the thick forest floor. Suddenly, you hear a squeak.
A pair of these Joi'cask'ni'ca creatures peer at you with curious eyes. Why, their twins! The larger one, the one behind, is a male, and the smaller one in front is female. Finally, he speaks. "I am Alese'Zai, or Black Raven. This is my twin sister, Adria'Aj, or Flowered Hope. We are special Joi, recieved in a trade made by Lady Starbreeze. I assume you have met our friends, and kin? Since the portal to our home is only accesible from there" he says, smiling. His sister snorts and stamps her hooves impatiently. He continues to smile, and playfully nips her ear. She giggles, and drops to all fours again. Finally, you reply. "Hello, it is my pleasure to meet you both. Yes, I have met your kin, and I indeed took the portal you spoke of." you say smoothly, sitting on an extraordinarily large root. " You seem to truly have a way with our kind. Perhaps you should venture to our homeland, Joi Falls, to try to bond with a foal of your own." He looks like he wants to say more, but even after a long silence, he cannot seem to say whatever it is, so he leaves you to wind your way out of these strange woods.
