Dragonfly Forest
You step slowly into the magnificent forest, and realize that everything around you, is well, glowing. The forest seems to be constucted like the Land Of Pern's Forests, except you can see no dragons whatsoever.
Suddenly, three, creatures swarm around you, biting with tiny but sharp teeth. " Stop!" you cry, and back up. When you look up again, you see three tiny little dragons with butterfly wings staring at you.
"Wht were you attacking me?" you ask. " You came into our forest, and nearly stampled the nests!" yells the largest of the three, a bronze coloured dragon. " I meant no harm, I was only looking" you explain. " We shall see, human calf" the blue one tells you. " Take her to Queen Goldensun, she will know what to do!" says the brown one. You are roughly escortede onwards by the three tiny dragons.
You are brought up to the largest of the dragons, a beautiful dazzling gold creature, though being the tallest, that only stands about a foot tall. " I am Queen Goldensun, ruler of the valley dragonflies. Why have you disturbed the peace, human child?" the magnificent dragon asks you. " I meant no harm, honest!" you protest. " I believe you, but as punishment for scaring the children, you shall stay here for a time helping our evergrowing community. Now that it is breeding season, we have that many more mouths to feed, and we need all the help we can get. Before you get to work, you should meet the rest of us' she says, and flitters off.
" This is Greenleaf, she is the babysitter, at least in breeding season". Goldensun informs you. You look more closely at the beautiful green creature, and notice several incredibly small baby Dragonfly.
" These are all the eggs that have been laid so far this season" says Goldensun. You inspect the eggs carefully. They are odd, they are true dragon eggs, though they are almost as small as a pinhead.
" These are our teenagers" The Dragonfly Queen tells you.
You walk up to a beautiful temple. " This is where our shaman lives. She is of the rarest breed, a white. Come, meet her and her family" says Goldensun.
You see a lovely white dragon, her pearly scales tinted with hints of blue. She sits atop a bench, playing with her equally lovely newborn daughter.
You look further and see movement beneath the water.
Suddenly, the shape jumps out of the water onto the bank and shakes furiously to dry it's scales. " The adult is Moonwind, our current shaman. The little baby, that's Icefall, her youngest daughter, and that teenager over there, that's Prizm" she says quietly.
Over in a crystal cradle you see a tiny pearly blue egg.
" We were all found by the Lady Starbreeze at Unyko's Valley Go there today to begin looking for your own!" she says, and dissapears.
You see a small forest in the distance...perhaps you should visit it.
