| MTV On call! |
| It was Saturday 23rd Feb 2002 and me and my mate Becky were on our way up to Leicester Square, London to see the guys at MTV's on call. We got there early, as we didn't know what time they would be arriving! We met our other mate Laura there but Charly was in Spain so she couldn't be with us. We waited for a few hours round the back and kept going round to the front, as we didn't know where they would arrive. When everyone was at the place they were meant to be for the show there was a group of us knowing they hadn't arrived yet so some waited round the back and some at the front! |
| Laura got a phone call saying "Get your arse round here now!" So we dashed round the front where there was a black galaxy and the door opened Paul kicked the chair forward so he could get out but he was on the phone (I think he was faking it because he was doing fake "Hello Hello's"! He walked around me and went straight in and so did Ben and Mark. Chris was just behind as usual! The girl who worked with MTV came running out shouting "Your late guys" Helping them with their stuff! We went round to the place everyone else was to see the show, which was very funny with Ben's rap impressions!! After the show we went round the back as you can see inside but couldn't see the guys |
| so we thought they were obviously still in there and coming through here! After about 1 hour of waiting we went round the front where all the other fans were waiting and just stood in the entrance of the place. I heard Becky say, "There's Christian" I'm like "Where" She said "Over there by the car on the other side of the road" Then a lot of screaming fans calling his name ran over (inc. us) which was a bad Idea coz we nearly got run over by taxis etc! |
| We went over with Chris for a while and took a pic of him and Becky! I looked over the road and saw Mark and then Ben I'm like hello girls it's the others so Becky and Laura TRIED crossing the road andbecause they weren't really paying attention Ben and Mark had really worried looks on their faces. Then I saw Paul so I was over there pretty quick! Then Ben went off in his car. |
| Mark crossed over to Chris's car and was in the road with A LOT of fans blocking the traffic! On the other side were me, Becky and Laura standing right by Paul waiting my turn for a pic! I was so close I saw the foundation in his nose ring hole eeewwww! Another fan couldn't get her lid off her pen so Paul held it while she tried to get it off and Paul's words were"Go on girl aarghhhhhh"! Then he saw some OLD pics of himself and started laughing and nearly had an argument with a fan coz she was like "That was 3 |
| years ago" and he was like "No it was 4" but I think the fan won in the end hehe! Then I asked the question and he said "Yehhh" He was on a step so I couldn't get up and he looked taller than me. He put his arm round me and pulled the ugliest face ever really scary I cant stand it lol! Then he said, "Ok move people I wanna go home now" with his bag over his shoulder bless! But when he said "Home" I didnt realise he meant Spain where my mate, Charly was, who meet him the next day! |
