Your eyes eventually adjusted to the light. You look around and
find yourself in the astronomy auditorium, where they show
grade school kids the stars and planets. The light that
temporarily blinded you came from a super-nova that had
occured right over your head. You oooh and ahhh at the ever
present universe that had been condensed into one little room.
Ross comes up behind you and hugs you. "Come with me." He turns
you and sits you on the ground on a red and white checkered
table cloth. There is a bottle of champagne and some little
finger sandwiches.
"Very nice spread." You says as Ross struggles with the
champagne bottle.
"Thanks." Ross says as the cork pops and the bubbles from the
champagne flowed into the the glasses. "This whole thing
was a little unexpected but I like it." He smiles.
You smile as you drink a little bit of champagne.Ross gets up
and hits the music button and music starts to play. The
stars above seemed to go a little faster, start swirling like
really out of whack disco lights. Ross grabs your hand and
you get up and dance with him. He holds you close and spins
you around the auditorium as the whole outside world seemed to
fade away into the distance. He kisses you on the lips and you
think. "This is wonderful, this I can get used to."
Who would have thought you would be the second great love
of Ross's life?
