| Another thing about the career's I wish to do is that both can be done virtually anywhere! Writing in my notebook for my next novel is something I could do in an airplane on my flight to Chicago to look for new clients for my web designing expertise. That's only peering into what I may do in the near future, after all I'm almost done with high school! | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Moving on, depending on what career we are speaking about, different items are required for each. When it comes to writing, the most important thing needed is an imagination. Also a trick that helps to get a character developed is to act them out in one form or another. After that, just try the basic paper and pencil routine, which are the two material needs for writing just about anything. Once you feel the need to make a final copy of your novel, a computer is best for typing up the edited version that the world will read. Also you may need to do certain things over the course of making the book, such as collaborate with your illustrator often and a publishing company, talk with them too! Past that, there isn't much else to be said about writing, as that is all writing is! |

| When we concern ourselves with the web design process and needs, it gets much more complex. A knowledge of html is essential for beginners and masters of the trade alike. Hope you have some typing skills too, it will shave time often. A web designer's first task in making a site is to find people to make it for, the client. Often businesses (of which you'd have better luck getting to make a site for when they are small) need sites to both promote and inquire about what they do and how they can help the public to reach their product or service. Okay, and once you have the client and what you must do the site on, preparation is a necessity. Draw out the site on paper before you dive into the actual thing, it will save you heartache. Working from a laptop is a good idea so you can bring your work with you to the next location you will be searching for clients. The last thing I can say about web design is that you might want to have some programs that can aid you on certain aspects of design until you learn to use html very well.
