Masala Dosa

Dosa Mix water potatoes peas green/red chile peppers coconut juice of 1 lemon turmeric mustard seed(ground) coriander seed (gound) salt/pepper to taste |
1. Mix dosa mix with water (more than reccomended, i'm an amateur). 2. Mix coconut, lemonjuice, chile peppers, salt for chutney. 2. Dice potatoes, boil them until "fork tender." 3. Cold-Shock (my new favorite thing) the potatoes. 4. Stirfry the potatoes with peas, chiles, and spices. 5. ladel a scoop of the mix onto a medium-hot large frypan, and work until really thin. *this is the really hard part 6. Serve potatoes inside rolled dosa with a scoop of the chutney. 7. The chicken shown is just something I added for myself. |
