This is in by no means meant to insult people, but I have set this up as if you are new and do not know how to dress up your role-play's, here are just a few codes. Now these are by no means the only way to do these, nor are they the only HTML codes, but they are the basic ones.
horizontal line + to make an horizontal line you need to place "hr" inside of "<>". When it is on the RP board it will show like this:
+ These usually help to break up a web page more than RP but serve the same purpose.
center + to center a word or picture you need to put "center" inside of "<>", than the word followed by "/center" inside of "<>". When it is on the RP board it will show like this: word or picture
AS YOU CAN SEE THIS IS NOT WORKING, BUT LIKE ALWAYS IF YOU HAVE AN EASIER OR BETTER WAY TO DO SOMETHING E-MAIL ME SO I CAN SHARE THE WEALTH.
bold + to make a word or letter bold you put "b" inside of "<>", than the word or letter followed by"/b" inside of "<>". When it is on the RP board it will show like this: letter or word
underline - to underline a word or letter you put "u" inside of "<>", than the word or letter followed by "/u" inside of "<>". When it is on the RP board it will show like this: letter or word
adding colors - to add color to you rp is simple what you need to do is find a color you want. Say GOLDENROD A good way to pick a color is under any messenger/e-mail system, basically anywhere you can make message or write a letter.
Once you have found the color you want, insert the following: font color="green" inside of "<>". So when this is posted on your RP it will look like this: whatever your RP says
NOTE: You can also do this by using numbers, but hell I barely know how to spell let alone remember numbers!:)
changing the lettering - to change the lettering style of your rp, like changing the color is simple. First you need to find a style you want. As with changing colors a good way to find different lettering is to use any messenger/e-mail service.
Once you have found the face you want, insert the following: font face="tempus sans itc" inside of "<>". So when this is posted on your RP it will look like this: whatever your RP says
changing the size of the font - to change the font size is just a simple as the above codes. Here is one way to do it: put font size="+1" inside of "<>". When it is on the RP board it will show like this: this is size 1
this is size 2
this is size 3
posting a picture - to post a picture you need to find the picture yourself, save it to your computer by right clicking it with your mouse, a box will pop up. Click the SAVE AS. Before you finish saving it be sure to write down the address (LOOK AT THE TOP IN THE ADDRESS SECTION OR RIGHT CLICK A PICTURE THAN CLICK PROPERTIES) . Once you have done that you need to place img src="source address" inside of "<>". So for example img src="http://www.redrocker.com/cabowabotad1.jpg" will go inside of "<>". When it is on the RP board it will show like this:
